HOW TO USE: Slip protector sleeves on to clean, dry feet with straight edge across top of foot. They stretch to comfortably fit all foot sizes and can be worn alone or under socks at any time. To reuse, simply hand wash with mild soap and water. Air dry completely before use.

These are my favorites I wear them until the strap breaks Then when I take them off the cracks on my heels are gone and baby soft��

Very good experience with this product. However, to cover them with a sock is tricky as they slip, and to walk in them without a sock is downright dangerous. So, there's the rub. Without a sock for sleeping, I did find that if I put my legs up a bit on something when lying down, they didn't want to come off so easily (with the heels clear of the support).

The chemical peel wasn't my first. I love this stuff. The silicone heel protectors tore the first time I used them though.

After wearing these only 3 times and while I slept, the strap over the top of the foot snapped on both feet. Very disappointed in the quality.
