HOW TO USE: Only clip nails when they are fully dry to avoid splitting. Cut straight across nail with the fewest possible clips. To avoid ingrown toenails, leave nails a little long and avoid cutting into nail corners or creating a curved nail shape. Clean clippers with rubbing alcohol and cotton swab after each use.

I love the design where I flip the internal lever to the front of the clipper. Then the lever used to control the clipping acts like a spring even though it isn’t an actual spring, while performing the cut whether it be toes or finger nails.I do have a concern that while clipping the nail, the head seems to have an overbite action in which it doesn’t line up real well. The result of the clip is not as clean as I has hoped, rather jagged. I am trying to work with this form of cutting which takes getting used to. Otherwise, it is a great product for fingernails and toenails. I have 2 pairs in this case.
